I chose urology because I love operating, but also love engaging with people and helping those with chronic urologic conditions. My goal is to get my patients out of pain from a kidney stone as soon as possible. Once that happens, I watch their smiles return. I help them enjoy their lives as much as possible with as few symptoms as possible. \n As a board-certified urologist, I have been fortunate to serve in a variety of leadership roles within my clinic and at Novant Health Thomasville Medical Center. I also enjoy being an active member of the American Urological Association. \n I believe in medicine wholeheartedly, but also believe relationships, positivity and warmth are just as important. Educating people about their illnesses is also as important as treating them - information is an amazingly powerful tool for healing and staying healthy.
